Three dead in Salyan jeep accident



SALYAN: Three persons died on the spot after a jeep met with an accident this evening.

The jeep (Lu 1 Ja 2911) was heading to Sukhaodhar of Rolpa from Tulsipur of Dang met with an accident at Chhatreshwori Rural Municipality-4 in Salyan.

The District Police Office said that the deceased are the jeep driver 35-year-old Bhim Bahadur Oli, Bhimraj Budha, 17, and Gaj Bahadur Budha, 65, of Gangadev Rural Municipality.

Police Inspector Laxman Oli said that five others travelling in the jeep are unhurt. Police suspected that high speed could have caused the accident.
