Govt allocates Rs 2.07 billion for National Agriculture Modernization Program



KATHMANDU: The government has allocated Rs 2.07 billion for the National Agriculture Modernization Program.

Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle made the announcement while presenting the budget for fiscal year 2026/27 in a joint session of the Federal Parliament on Friday.

Presenting the budget for FY 2026/27, he said the allocation is aimed at supporting the modernization and commercialization of the agriculture sector.
