Gold price drops by Rs 1,000, silver rises slightly



KATHMANDU: The price of gold declined by Rs 1,000 per tola in the Nepali market on Wednesday compared to Tuesday.

According to Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associaition, gold was traded at Rs 290,500 per tola on Wednesday, down from Rs 291,500 per tola on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs 20 per tola. Silver was traded at Rs 5,080 per tola on Wednesday, compared to Rs 5,060 per tola on Tuesday.
