Five arrested with drugs in different parts of the country



KATHMANDU: Police on regular patrol have arrested five individuals from different parts of the country on drug-related charges.

According to the Central Police Newsroom, 24-year-old Niklesh Godia of Gulariya Municipality-1, Bardiya, was arrested from Nagdhunga in Chandragiri Municipality-2 with brown heroin.

Similarly, 36-year-old Krishna Tamang of Devghat Rural Municipality-5, Setibhateri Tol, Tanahun, was arrested with marijuana and various prescription drugs. In another incident, three individuals were arrested from Bange Bazaar in Haldibari Rural Municipality-3, Jhapa, with brown heroin on Friday.
