KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki inspected the newly introduced service delivery model at the District Administration Office Kathmandu on Monday.

During her visit to the office in Babarmahal, the prime minister observed the overall system, including the Public Announcement System introduced to enhance governance and improve public service delivery.

Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Karki expressed confidence that the new system would help provide services to citizens in a more efficient and convenient manner.

Chief District Officer of Kathmandu Ishwar Raj Paudel briefed the prime minister about the activities being carried out through the new system and its role in improving office management.

According to Paudel, the system is expected to save time for service seekers and make it easier for them to receive services.

He added that the prime minister had shown interest in learning about the system with the intention of possibly expanding the service delivery model to other government service-providing agencies.
