Tunje Kami resigns as member of National Dalit Commission



KATHMANDU: Member of the National Dalit Commission, Tunje Kami, has resigned from his post.

According to the Office of the President, Kami submitted his resignation to President Ram Chandra Paudel, which has been accepted effective from Thursday under Article 255 (4) (a) of the Constitution of Nepal.

The President’s Office stated that the resignation has come into effect from May 15.

Further details regarding the reason for his resignation have not been made public.
