KATHMANDU: Police opened fire in Kirtipur on Thursday while arresting a suspect linked to the Bipin Ghimire murder case.
According to police, the main accused, Sujan Shahi, was shot below the knee before being taken into custody.
The injured suspect has been sent for treatment.
Earlier, police had already arrested three individuals in connection with the Bipin Ghimire murder case.
