One-day provincial-level security workshop begins in Janakpur



JANAKPUR: A one-day provincial-level security workshop jointly organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Communication and Law, and Madhesh Province has started in Janakpurdham, Dhanusha.

The workshop was inaugurated by Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal. Officials from all eight districts of the province are participating to discuss district-level security situations and strategies ahead of the upcoming elections.

The meeting is attended by Madhesh Province Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Yadav, chiefs of the three security agencies, Nepali Army officers, provincial ministers for Home, Communication, and Law Fakira Mahato, as well as Home Ministry officials including Secretary Rajkumar Shrestha, Joint Secretary Anand Kafle, and other staff.
