Prime Minister Balendra Shah chairs Cabinet meeting at Singha Durbar



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Balendra Shah chaired a meeting of the Council of Ministers at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar today.

According to the Prime Minister’s private secretariat, the Cabinet meeting began at 10:30 am and focused on the government’s ongoing policy and programme, preparations for the upcoming budget, and other contemporary political issues.

The meeting also discussed issues related to parliamentary deliberations and priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. The Cabinet was expected to make important decisions regarding ministerial performance and administrative appointments.

The meeting was described as a regular session of the Council of Ministers.
