PM Balen Shah to address Parliament today



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Balendra Shah (Balen) is set to respond to questions raised during the discussion on the government’s policy and program in today’s meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR).

According to the Parliament Secretariat, deliberations on the government’s policy and program will continue in the House sitting scheduled for 11 a.m. on Wednesday.

President Ram Chandra Paudel presented the government’s annual policy and program at a joint session of the Federal Parliament on Monday.

In Tuesday’s meeting, lawmakers expressed their views on the policy and program on behalf of their respective parties.

Prime Minister Shah is expected to address the concerns raised during the discussions today. Following his response, the policy and program is scheduled to be tabled for decision in the House.
