Finance Minister to attend House Finance Committee meeting today



KATHMANDU: Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle is scheduled to participate in a meeting of the Finance Committee under the House of Representatives of Nepal on Monday.

The meeting is set to take place at 11 am in the Finance Committee hall located on the third floor of Building No. 1 at Singha Durbar.

According to the agenda, the finance minister will brief lawmakers on the country’s latest economic situation, progress in budget implementation, and respond to questions raised by committee members regarding economic bills currently under consideration.

Since assuming office, Wagle has shown increased engagement with parliamentary committees and has been actively holding discussions on policy reforms and coordination with lawmakers.
