Govt to introduce investment visas for foreign investors



KATHMANDU: The government has announced plans to introduce investment visas for foreign investors in a bid to encourage and promote foreign investment in Nepal.

The provision was included in the government’s policies and programmes for the fiscal year 2083/84 BS, presented at a joint session of the Federal Parliament on Monday.

President Ram Chandra Paudel, while unveiling the policy and programme, said the investment visa policy is expected to help attract more foreign investment into the country.
