Gold price rises by Rs 4,800 per tola in Nepali market



KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver increased in the domestic market today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 4,800 per tola, reaching Rs 300,800 per tola today. Last Friday, gold was traded at Rs 296,000 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs 65 per tola to Rs 4,645. On Friday, silver was traded at Rs 4,580 per tola. According to international market reports, gold was trading at around USD 4,343 per ounce, while silver was trading at approximately USD 63 per ounce.
