Anjan Shrestha pledges efforts for economic growth after assuming FNCCI presidency



KATHMANDU: Anjan Shrestha has pledged to make every possible effort for the country’s economic advancement after assuming the presidency of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Shrestha said ensuring the security of entrepreneurs, businesses, and investments would be his top priority. He stressed that partnership between the private sector and the government is essential, adding that national prosperity can only be achieved through collaboration.

Shrestha assumed office as president of the FNCCI on Wednesday, in line with the organization’s statute that promotes the senior vice president to the top post.

He has been associated with the FNCCI for over two decades and currently serves as the executive director of Laxmi Group.
