KATHMANDU: Four Australian nationals of Indian origin have been missing since the Bhotekoshi flood on August 26.
The missing individuals, who were travelling from Dhunche to Mansarovar, have been identified as 51-year-old Sreedharan Iyer, 49-year-old Laxmi Sreedharan Iyer, 21-year-old Rudra Sridharan Iyer and 23-year-old Rishabh Sreedharan Iyer.
Ranjith Sreedharan, who travelled from Kerala, India, to Rasuwa in search of his relatives, has appealed for urgent assistance in locating them. He said all communication with the four has been lost.
According to Ranjith, the last known mobile phone location of the missing family members was traced to the Royal Himalayan Hotel in Syaphrubesi.
