Australia’s Foreign Minister Penny Wong
KATHMANDU: Australia has congratulated Balen Shah on assuming office as the Prime Minister of Nepal.
According to the Australian Embassy in Nepal, Australia’s Foreign Minister Penny Wong sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Shah, wishing him a successful tenure.
In her message, Wong noted that the friendship between Australia and Nepal remains strong. She also expressed readiness to work with Prime Minister Shah to promote a peaceful, stable and prosperous Asia-Pacific region.
