KATHMANDU: Notorious gangster Balaram Sapkota, popularly known as ‘Helicopter Balay,’ has been arrested by police in the Budhanilkantha area.
Police officials said Sapkota has a history of involvement in various criminal activities and had been previously arrested on similar charges.
He is also known for his involvement in businesses including casinos. Earlier, a case of money laundering was registered against him, adding to his list of alleged criminal activities.
