Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the foreign exchange rates for today (Monday), showing fluctuations in various currencies.

The Euro, Pound Sterling, and Kuwaiti Dinar have appreciated, while the Australian Dollar has declined. However, the US Dollar and Bahraini Dinar remain unchanged.

As of today, the buying rate for 1 US Dollar is NPR 136.46, and the selling rate is NPR 137.06, the same as yesterday.

The Euro’s buying rate is NPR 147.76, with a selling rate of NPR 148.41, an increase from yesterday’s NPR 146.99 and NPR 147.63, respectively.

The Pound Sterling has also strengthened, with today’s buying rate at NPR 176.61 and the selling rate at NPR 177.38.

On the other hand, the Australian Dollar has slightly depreciated, with the buying rate at NPR 85.80 and the selling rate at NPR 86.18, down from yesterday’s NPR 85.86 and NPR 86.24.

The Kuwaiti Dinar has appreciated, with the buying rate reaching NPR 442.71 and the selling rate at NPR 444.65, compared to NPR 442.51 and NPR 444.45 yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Bahraini Dinar remains unchanged, with its buying and selling rates fixed at NPR 361.97 and NPR 363.56, respectively.
