Former PM Nepal calls for unity in nation-building efforts



KATHMANDU: Chair of the Unified Socialist party and former Prime Minister, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has called for unity, cooperation, and collective effort to build a prosperous Nepal.

In a message of best wishes issued on the occasion of Bada Dashain, he extended warm greetings to all Nepalis at home and abroad. He emphasized that preserving the diverse cultures of Nepal’s various ethnic groups and communities would strengthen social harmony and unity.

Chairman Nepal also urged all sectors of society to help create a conducive environment for conducting free and fair elections on the scheduled date. He highlighted the need to protect the democratic republican system, which was established through the will of the people.
