Maoist Centre holds meeting at Parisdanda, discusses key political agendas



KATHMANDU: The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) has begun its office-bearers’ meeting at the party’s central office in Parisdanda on Wednesday.

Out of the 24 office-bearers, 22 are reportedly attending the meeting.

According to party secretary Dinanath Sharma, discussions are being held on four main agendas.

The meeting is expected to finalize the agenda for the upcoming Standing Committee meeting and decide on convening a Central Committee meeting. Sharma also mentioned that the latest political developments will be discussed.

Additionally, the meeting will touch on the reported political re-entry of former President Bidya Devi Bhandari and the prospect of leftist unity, he said.
