Will continue to strive for social justice and equality: Prachanda



KATHMANDU: Chairman of Maoist Center and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has taken over the guardianship of two children from the orphan and martyr family of Bhajani, Kailali.

At an educational program organized today at Karmeshwor Secondary School in Bhajani Municipality-5, he announced that he would take over the guardianship of Nindu Raji, a student of the minority Raji community, and Anisha Tharuni, a student of the martyr family, studying in class 3, according to Chairman Dahal’s personal secretariat.

He expressed his commitment to shoulder the entire responsibility for the education and future development of these children, both on his own and the party’s behalf.

Chairman Dahal stated that the party has always been committed to ensuring the education of children without guardians and from martyr families, and said that the issues raised by the Maoists for social justice and equality are still relevant.
