NC spokesperson Mahat condemns terrorist attack in Kashmir



DANG: Nepali Congress (NC) spokesperson and former Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack targeting Hindus in Indian Kashmir, calling it a heinous crime that demands strict action against the perpetrators.

Speaking at a press conference organized in Ghorahi today during a party program, Dr. Mahat expressed deep sorrow over the incident.

“A very painful terrorist attack targeting Hindus took place in Indian Kashmir. This is a heinous crime and whoever is behind it and involved in this terror should be dealt with sternly,” he said.

Dr. Mahat also paid tribute to the victims, including Nepali citizens who lost their lives in the attack.

“I pay my heartfelt tributes to them and all the deceased and express my deep condolences to the bereaved families. We stand with India and the Indian people in this incident,” he added.

Emphasizing the need for global solidarity, Dr. Mahat stressed that the entire world must unite against terrorism to ensure peace and security for all.
