President Paudel to hold talks with Deuba, Oli and Prachanda



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel is set to hold discussions with the top leaders of the country’s three major political parties.

The President is scheduled to meet leaders of the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, and the Nepali Communist Party, all of which were represented in the dissolved House of Representatives.

According to sources, President Paudel has invited Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli, and NCP Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ for the talks.

The meeting will take place at the President’s Office, Shital Niwas, starting at 3 pm on Tuesday. Discussions are expected to focus on the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5, as well as the current political situation.
