NC calls Central Work Execution Committee meeting



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has convened a meeting of its Central Work Execution Committee.

According to Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka has called the meeting for 1:00 pm on Wednesday. A notice has been issued requesting office bearers and Central Work Execution Committee members to attend the meeting at the party’s central office in Sanepa on December 24.

The notice states that the meeting will be held at 1:00 pm at the Nepali Congress central office, BP Smriti Bhawan, BP Nagar, Lalitpur, and requests the presence of all office bearers and members in accordance with the instructions.

The meeting is expected to discuss preparations for the party’s General Convention as well as the upcoming National Assembly elections.
