Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs. 139.76, while the selling rate is Rs. 140.36.

The buying rate for one European euro is Rs. 162.09 and the selling rate is Rs. 162.78. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK pound sterling is Rs. 187.43 and the selling rate is Rs. 188.24. The buying and selling rates for one Swiss franc are Rs. 172.78 and Rs. 173.52 respectively.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Australian dollar is Rs. 89.70, while the selling rate is Rs. 90.08. One Canadian dollar is being bought at Rs. 100.44 and sold at Rs. 100.87. For one Singapore dollar, the buying rate is Rs. 108.41 and the selling rate is Rs. 108.88.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs. 9.40 and the selling rate is Rs. 9.44. One Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs. 19.47 and sold at Rs. 19.55.

Additionally, the buying and selling rates for one Saudi Arabian riyal are Rs. 37.25 and Rs. 37.41 respectively. Similarly, one Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs. 38.35 and sold at Rs. 38.51.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is Rs. 4.28 and the selling rate is Rs. 4.30. One UAE dirham is being bought at Rs. 38.05 and sold at Rs. 38.22. The buying and selling rates for one Malaysian ringgit are Rs. 33.06 and Rs. 33.20 respectively.

For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is Rs. 10.05 and the selling rate is Rs. 10.09. One Swedish kronor is being bought at Rs. 14.49 and sold at Rs. 14.56. The buying and selling rates for one Danish krone are Rs. 21.71 and Rs. 21.81 respectively.

The buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar has been set at Rs. 17.88 and the selling rate at Rs. 17.96. One Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs. 456.79 and sold at Rs. 458.75. The buying and selling rates for one Bahraini dinar are Rs. 370.68 and Rs. 372.27 respectively. For one Omani rial, the buying rate is Rs. 363.01 and the selling rate is Rs. 364.57.

The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs. 160.00 and the selling rate at Rs. 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates are subject to revision at any time as necessary. Exchange rates offered by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates can be found on the central bank’s official website.
