KATHMANDU: A fire broke out in a house near Asan Chowk on Thursday afternoon.

The blaze started inside a house located in a narrow alley near the Asan Chowk, making it difficult for fire engines to access the site.

Firefighters from the Kathmandu Metropolitan City have reached the scene and are working to extinguish the fire.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
