Gold prices drop slightly



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the local market has dropped slightly on Monday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 157,000 per tola, a decrease of Rs 100 compared to Sunday’s price of Rs 157,100 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remains unchanged. On Monday, silver is being traded at Rs 1,860 per tola, the same as Sunday’s rate.
