Shram Sanskriti Party suspends Vice Chair Rajkumar Tamang



KATHMANDU: The Shram Sanskriti Party has suspended its Vice Chair, Rajkumar Tamang (also known as Devaraj Lama), from his post.

According to a statement signed by party Chairperson Hark Sampang, Tamang has been under investigation since August 17, due to political activities in recent years.

The statement said the suspension aims to ensure that the ongoing government investigation is not influenced or pressured. He will remain suspended until the investigation concludes.

The party clarified that the decision is effective immediately and a notice has been issued to inform all members.

Details regarding the nature or subject of the investigation into Vice Chair Tamang have not been disclosed.
