Over 400 people benefit from health camp in Baglung

BAGLUNG: A total of 410 people benefited from a recently held health camp at Kalimati in the district.

The Rotary Club of Baglung and the Rotary Club of Meet Town Pokhara jointly organized the day-long event at Kalimati, Baglung Municipality-7.

Specialist doctors provided various medical services at the camp, as reported by Ram Krishna Sharma, chair of the Rotary Club of Baglung.

The camp was inaugurated by Ward Chair Meghraj Gaire, who praised the efforts of charitable organizations in bringing specialist health services to the local community.

The camp offered medical services in areas such as gynecology, ENT, kidney diseases, and vision care, along with laboratory services.

Gynecologist Dr. Chandika Neupane, senior surgeon Dr. Bhojraj Neupane, orthopedist Dr. Pabin Thapa, and other health workers provided the services, according to Surya Narayan Baral, chair of the Rotary Club of Meet Town Pokhara.
