NC holding emergency meeting of Central Working Committee



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has announced an emergency meeting of its Central Working Committee (CWC).

Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka has scheduled the meeting for Monday at 9 am, according to NC Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel. The session will take place at the party’s Central Office in Sanepa.

A notice issued by Chief Secretary Poudel on Sunday stated: “The emergency meeting of the Nepali Congress Central Working Committee will be held on Monday at 9 am at the party’s central office, BP Smriti Bhawan, BP Nagar, Lalitpur. All office bearers, members, invited members, and the seven provincial presidents are requested to attend as instructed.”
