10 injured after passenger bus hits car and tanker in Hetauda



MAKAWANPUR: Ten people were injured in a road accident involving a passenger bus, a car, and a tanker near Ratomate Checkpost, along the Hetauda–Birgunj road section in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City–15.

According to police, the accident occurred this afternoon when a bus (Na 5 Kha 2970) heading to Hetauda from Birgunj collided head-on with an oncoming car. The same bus then struck a tanker in front of it before crashing into a tree, which prevented a more serious accident.

The District Police Office reported that four bus passengers and six people in the car were injured. All of them have been taken to Hetauda Hospital for treatment.
