According to Dr Milan Kumar Thapa, member secretary of the trust, preparations have already begun, including painting, mural artwork, and lighting management in the Pashupati area.

This year’s Mahashivaratri festival falls on February 26, and thousands of devotees are expected to gather for the grand celebrations.
