Earthquake jolts Jumla



KATHMANDU: An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale struck Urthu Chautara in Jumla district at 11:56 am today, according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center.

This follows a 4.4-magnitude earthquake that hit Tolijaisi in Dailekh district on February 4.

Nepal, situated in the seismically active Himalayan region, has been experiencing frequent tremors in recent times.
