Nepali instructors launch sky diving in Pokhara

KATHMANDU: Nepali instructors have introduced sky diving services in Pokhara, utilizing expertise gained from working abroad.

While foreign instructors have previously led sky diving experiences in Nepal, this marks the first instance of a fully Nepali team conducting such activities.

Simrik Air, in collaboration with InSky Skydive, has officially started the service, which began on Friday and will continue until January 21.

The sky diving packages offered are categorized as VIP and Deluxe.

The VIP package is priced at Rs 115,000, while the Deluxe package costs Rs 95,000.

Participants will take off from Pokhara Airport aboard a helicopter, ascending to an altitude of 13,000 feet. The dive takes place over Laurak, Pokhara-23, with participants landing at the Laurak field.
