RPP invites PM Oli to Prithvi Jayanti program



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has extended an invitation to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to attend a program commemorating Prithvi Jayanti and National Unity Day on Saturday.

RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden met with Prime Minister Oli to personally deliver the invitation for a tea reception program at Bhrikutimandap.

Following the meeting, Lingden shared on X (formerly Twitter), “Met Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli yesterday evening after a long time while extending an invitation to a tea reception program organized by RPP on the occasion of National Unity Day and Prithvi Jayanti.”

Lingden also mentioned that the meeting provided an opportunity to discuss various matters, although he did not elaborate further.

The program aims to honor Prithvi Narayan Shah, the unifier of Nepal, and foster discussions on national unity.
