Rabi Lamichhane appears in Kaski Court



POKHARA: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane has arrived in Kaski today for his second court appearance in connection with the cooperative fraud, organized crime, and money laundering case.

According to his secretariat, Lamichhane traveled to Kaski to attend the hearing at the Kaski District Court. He had previously spent 84 days in custody before being released on bail of Rs 6.5 million.

Following his court appearance in Kaski, Lamichhane is scheduled to travel to Rupandehi on Monday. In the Supreme Cooperative fraud case in Butwal, he was granted bail after depositing Rs 10 million.

Lamichhane is currently facing multiple legal cases related to cooperative fraud in Kaski, Rupandehi, Chitwan, and Kathmandu. Due to ongoing legal proceedings, he remains politically inactive.
