The tournament opens with three matches where Koshi Province takes on Lumbini Province at Siddhartha Stadium, Bhairahawa; Bagmati Province takes on APF Club at Extratech Oval, Tilottama and Karnali Province takes on Sudurpaschim Province at Deukhuri Cricket Stadium, Dang.

The competition follows a single round-robin format, with each team playing against each other. The top two teams at the end of the league stage will face off in the final match.
