One dead in fire in Solukhumbu



KATHMANDU: A fire broke out at Thumling village in Solududhkunda Municipality-2, Solukhumbu district, last night, resulting in the death of one person.

According to Hirakaji Shrestha, the Ward Member of Solududhkunda Municipality-2, 40-year-old Nabaraj Khaling died in the fire that started in a cowshed owned by local Bal Bahadur Newar.

Khaling had been working for the Newar family for the past 15 years.
