Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies today (Wednesday).

The price of the US dollar has decreased. After setting a record as the most expensive currency yesterday, the US dollar has seen a reduction in value today.

In addition, the prices of the Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars have also decreased.

However, foreign currencies such as the euro, pound, and Australian dollar have become more expensive.

According to the exchange rates published by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 139 rupees and 3 paisa, while the selling rate is 139 rupees and 62 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one US dollar was 139 rupees and 20 paisa, with the selling rate at 139 rupees and 80 paisa. This marked the highest price for the US dollar in the Nepali market to date.

Today, the buying rate for one euro is 143 rupees and 52 paisa, with the selling rate at 144 rupees and 14 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate for one euro was 142 rupees and 52 paisa, and the selling rate was 143 rupees and 13 paisa.

The buying rate for one Pound Sterling today is 172 rupees and 60 paisa, while the selling rate is 173 rupees and 35 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate was 171 rupees and 26 paisa, and the selling rate was 172 rupees.

For the Australian dollar, the buying rate today is 86 rupees and 32 paisa, with the selling rate at 86 rupees and 70 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate was 85 rupees and 45 paisa, and the selling rate was 85 rupees and 82 paisa.

For the Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate today is 450 rupees and 4 paisa, and the selling rate is 451 rupees and 98 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate was 450 rupees and 46 paisa, while the selling rate was 452 rupees and 40 paisa.

Additionally, for the Bahraini dinar, the buying rate today is 368 rupees and 74 paisa, with the selling rate at 370 rupees and 34 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate was 369 rupees and 22 paisa, and the selling rate was 370 rupees and 71 paisa.
