Parliamentary Committee meeting postponed in the absence of minister



KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee under the Parliament has been postponed after the absence of government ministers.

The committee had called for a discussion on the Security Printing Bill, and Information and Communication Minister Rekha Sharma was invited for deliberations. However, as the minister was not present, the meeting had to be postponed.

During the meeting, committee members expressed concern over the absence of the Minister and demanded that the meeting should be called only after ensuring the presence of the respective ministers.
