Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies today (Friday).

The values of various foreign currencies, including the US dollar, Australian dollar, pound, and dinar, have experienced fluctuations. Notably, the euro has depreciated.

According to the bank’s published rates, the buying rate for one US dollar is 133.54 rupees, with a selling rate of 134.14 rupees. Yesterday, the rates were 133.46 rupees for buying and 134.06 rupees for selling.

For the euro, the buying rate remains at 148.93 rupees and the selling rate at 149.60 rupees. Yesterday, these rates were 149.27 rupees for buying and 149.94 rupees for selling.

The buying rate for one pound sterling is now 178.67 rupees, with a selling rate of 179.47 rupees. Yesterday, these rates were 178.43 rupees for buying and 179.23 rupees for selling.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is 91.91 rupees, and the selling rate is 92.32 rupees, compared to yesterday’s rates of 91.72 rupees for buying and 92.13 rupees for selling.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar remains at 437.72 rupees, with a selling rate of 439.69 rupees. Yesterday, these rates were 437.24 rupees for buying and 439.21 rupees for selling.

Likewise, for one Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is 354.26 rupees, with a selling rate of 355.86 rupees. Yesterday, the rates were 354.08 rupees for buying and 355.67 rupees for selling.
