NA deactivates 65 explosive materials in Sankhuwasabha



SANKHUWASABHA: The Nepal Army has effectively rendered 65 explosive materials inactive in Sankhuwasabha.

As per the information provided by the Nepal Army’s Public Relations and Information Directorate, the army successfully deactivated explosives discovered near the helipad area, likely abandoned during the armed conflict in the country.

Ghanshyam Shrestha, Chief of the District Police Office in Sankhuwasabha, confirmed that the military had systematically deactivated these explosive materials and commended the collaborative effort between the military and local authorities.
