SAPTARI: Police have arrested two individuals for their alleged attempts to traffic the prohibited substance marijuana in Saptari.
According to Saptari Police, two individuals, including 31-year-old Sachin Yadav, a resident of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality-6, were apprehended from Kanchanrup Municipality-7 Adarsh Tol with 8 kg of the illegal drug marijuana.
The police stationed at Dharampur police station, while checking motorcycle No. 25 P 7024, found marijuana and arrested the individuals.
The police said that they are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
