KATHMANDU: Nepal cruised into the semi-finals of the WAFF Women’s Championship after a commanding victory against Palestine, securing a top spot finish in Group B with a resounding 4-0 win.

Leading the points table with a flawless record of three wins, Nepal showcased their dominance in the latest match with Sabitra Bhandari netting two goals, complemented by strikes from Rekha Poudel and Gita Rana.

Joining Nepal in the semi-finals from Group A are Jordan and Lebanon.

Nepal is slated to face Lebanon in the semi-final clash scheduled for Tuesday.
