Father and son found dead in Bhaktapur residence



KATHMANDU: A father and son were found dead in their room at Balkot, Bhaktapur.

The deceased have been identified as 56-year-old Kulprasad Acharya and his 22-year-old son, Praveen Acharya, originally from Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality in Khotang.

According to the police, both bodies had injuries on various parts, raising suspicions about the cause of death.

Kulprasad’s elder son, who was also staying in the same room, is currently missing.

The District Police Office, Bhaktapur, stated that a search is underway for the missing individual and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
