Avalanche hits Mustang, locals moved to safety



KATHMANDU: An avalanche struck Thangsang Rural Municipality-2 in Mustang district on Friday.

According to the District Police Office, residents at risk have been relocated to safer areas.

The avalanche, which has halted a few kilometers above Bokshi Khola, poses a continuing threat as it could potentially flow downstream.
