Dhanusha-based journalist Binay Kumar Yadav dies in road mishap



JANAKPUR: Tragedy struck today as a respected journalist from Dhanusha, Binay Kumar Yadav, aged 28, lost his life in a motorcycle accident.

The District Police Office, Dhanusha, confirmed the identity of the deceased.

The fatal incident occurred this morning at Dhalkebar, Mithila municipality-6 in Dhanusha, when the motorcycle (Pradesh 02-006 Pa 3035) he was riding collided with a roadside railing.

Despite immediate efforts to save him, Yadav succumbed to his injuries at Janakpur-based Provincial Hospital.

Laxmi Narayan Yadav, a neighbor of the journalist and the pillion rider on the motorcycle, is currently receiving treatment at the same hospital.

Binay Kumar Yadav, a permanent resident of Dhanushadham municipality-5, served as the operator of Radio Dhanushadham and held the position of executive editor at the E-News Bureau.
