KATHMANDU: The government has given a public holiday today on the occasion of the State Visit of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, to Nepal.
Government spokesperson and Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma said a meeting of the Council of Ministers convened at Singha Durbar on Monday decided to give a public holiday today on the occasion of the Qatari Amir’s state visit to Nepal beginning today.
