Gold price rises by Rs 1,100 per tola



KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver have increased in the domestic market on Sunday.

The price of gold has risen by Rs 1,100 per tola (11.66 grams), while silver has gone up by Rs 30 per tola compared to the price on Friday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations.

Gold, which was traded at Rs 148,500 per tola last Friday, is now being traded at Rs 149,600 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver is being traded at Rs 1,790 per tola today.
