KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Poudel is scheduled to extend a warm welcome to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Amir of Qatar, upon his arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport on Tuesday.
As per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, President Poudel will greet the Amir at 5.35 pm on Tuesday afternoon at Tribhuvan International Airport.
The Amir of Qatar is set to arrive in Kathmandu on Tuesday for a two-day official visit as part of his state visit.
The government has also announced Tuesday as a public holiday.
